Responsibilities                                                – Applicant would be required to edit various 1 min videos that would post on the companies page every week
                                                                             – Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
                                                                             – Following a script, screenplay, or outline
                                                                             – Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
                                                                             – Inputting graphics to enhance footage
                                                                             – Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
                                                                             – Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage
                                                                             – Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision
Requirements & Skills                                     – MUST:
                                                                              – Have a keen eye for detail and a critical mind
                                                                              – Creativity and a passionate interest in film and video editing
                                                                              – Patience and concentration
                                                                              – The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
                                                                              – A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication
                                                                              – Organizational and time management skills
                                                                              – The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
                                                                              – Communication skills, both written and oral.
                                                                              – The applicant is required to be familiar with all Adobe editing software including after-effects at a beginner’s level.
Minimum Qualification Requirements        –  MUST:
                                                                              – Must have ssce
                                                                              – Must have experience in media, visual art, film, television, multimedia, or graphic design this would be extremely                                                                                     helpful for the job. Must be able to work with “adobe premiere pro, adobe after effect, and adobe photoshop”

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

-Manage the recruitment process and ensure the best hire.

-Create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs of the business.

-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

-Provide counseling on policies and procedures

-Create and implement effective onboarding plans

-Develop training and development programs

-Assist in performance management processes

-Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

-Oversee staff welfare (Leave, HMO, Payroll, and other compensations)

-Maintain employee records (attendance, appraisal, commendations, grievances, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

-Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

 

FINANCE MANAGER

-Accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with the relevant contract conditions

-Managing and ensuring that all spending is within the budget

-Assist in preparing the company’s yearly budget.

-Follow up on purchase and payment requisitions, ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and filing of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies

-Vendor Management

-Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.

-Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.

-Providing support to the team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

-Keeping of petty cash records and issuing of purchase receipts.

-Manage remittance of staff Pension and PAYE

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER

-In charge of dissecting client campaign briefs

-In charge of proposing innovative creative and marketing strategies that will enable brands to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner & Develop compelling proposals to communicate these strategies.

-Present these marketing plans/strategies to the client for easy understanding

-In charge of creating budgets for the proposed strategies in line with the company rate card, and helping the company make expected profit

-Upsell the company’s services to clients through plans, and presentations.

-Lead team ideation sessions.

-Support Operations Lead in any way that will help the company meet its overall revenue and profit targets

-Manage client expectations; timelines and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

–Create mind-blowing social media marketing strategy plans for brands and driving that strategy proven by testing and metrics.

-Create/review content calendars created by other social media managers

-Effective Media Buying & Planning

-Manage Social Media marketing campaigns in line with KPIs including:

-Management of Foodbrella’s social media pages; ensuring frequent content distribution, proper use of channels’ features, and community management following standard execution guidelines.

-Become an advocate for the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

-Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

-Observe and review threats and opportunities surrounding the brand’s digital aspect of business

-Stay in-trend, research and propose new social media account management tools.

-Work closely with the strategy team to deliver better results

-Support the Lead Strategy to effectively propose and help implement new innovative strategies in order to meet and exceed the company’s overall revenue and profit targets.

 

 

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

–Study design briefs and determine requirements

-Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

-Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

-Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

-Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

-Work with copywriters and account managers to produce the final design

-Test graphics across various media

-Amend designs after feedback

-Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

-Any other task not found inconsistent with this role.
